UPDATING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION As effective communication is vital to any organization, members should ensure that their contact information remains current. Should your address, telephone number, or e-mail address change, please take a few minutes to advise our leadership team of these changes as soon as possible. Get Contact Information MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFICATION CARDS Membership identification cards are provided to new members of the Outer Banks Platoon at no cost by the Marine Corps Veterans Association national headquarters. Following the acceptance of a new member, a photograph of that member will be taken by a member of our leadership team. This photograph will then be submitted to the national headquarters to produce your personalized identification card. PURCHASING UNIFORM ITEMS Members of the Outer Banks Platoon wishing to purchase uniform items may do so at their own expense. For your convenience a recommended list of uniform items, along with appropriate links to order them, is provided below to assist you in this process. This discount card is offered at no cost and provides an average savings of 30 percent at more than 56,000 national and regional pharmacies. It may be used as a primary prescription plan for the uninsured, or for prescriptions not covered by those with an existing insurance plan. Also included are other savings offers on eyeglasses, dental plans, hearing aids and more! These additional offers are listed when you request your FREE prescription discount card. Get your prescription discount card now by simply entering and submitting your name in the form provided below. This will generate your personalized prescription discount card which should be printed and presented to participating pharmacies at the time a prescription is filled. Those paying in cash may do so by remitting it to a member of our leadership team. Payments by personal check or money order should be made payable to the "Marine Corps Veterans Association Outer Banks Platoon" and mailed to: Marine Corps Veterans Association Outer Banks Platoon Post Office Box 665 Kitty Hawk, NC 27949-0665 RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP ONLINE Members of the Outer Banks Platoon may now renew their annual membership dues online. Save time and the inconvenience of mailing a personal check and renew your annual membership dues if they have or are about to expire. Please note that a $1.06 payment processing fee will be added to your annual dues of $25, making your total payment $26.06. For your convenience, all membership renewals made online can be made securely either by credit card or through your PayPal account.
